Vanessa Staub

Vanessa is a qualified Psychologist and the Practice owner of Vanessa Staub Psychology. She completed her University education at The University of Melbourne and RMIT. She has extensive training and experience in working with Individuals, Couples, and Families presenting with a wide range of mental health issues in both the Community Health and Private Practice settings. Her approach is warm, personable, and friendly with the aim of empowering and motivating individuals to move towards recovery.
She uses a range of techniques including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, and has a particular interest in working with individuals suffering from Anxiety and Depressive Disorders including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Post-Natal Depression. Where medical intervention is also required, Vanessa works closely with Psychiatrists, G.Ps. and other allied health professionals to ensure clients have access to a holistic Care Plan.
With a referral from a G.P., part payment for Vanessa’s sessions is rebatable through Medicare. She is also a registered Health Care Provider with WorkCover, Health Insurance Agencies, and the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.
Vanessa is a dedicated mental health professional who is passionate about helping individuals affected by mental illness. Vanessa strongly believes that with the appropriate support, many individuals can achieve a life free from the control of their illness.
Diane Bulman
BA., BEd.(Counselling)., Assoc. M.A.P.S.
Diane has completed a Bachelor of Arts at Swinburne University, a Bachelor of Education with a major in counselling at La Trobe University, and is a registered Psychologist with the Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria. She has many years experience, and possesses a diverse background in a range of approaches and therapies including Client-Centered, Gestalt, Emotional-focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She uses a holistic, humanistic approach to her work with clients.
Assessment and treatment plans are specifically designed to meet individual needs, and are collaboratively constructed with clients. Therapy focuses on the present and solves problems by encouraging clients to express their feelings.
Her areas of special interest are in the treatment of Depression, Trauma, Stress, Sleep Problems, Employment and Adjustment Issues, and Loss and Grief. Diane is a good listener, understanding, compassionate and non-judgmental. She works with adults and children aged 8 and over.

Melissa Manning

Melissa is a registered psychologist with the Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria. She completed her University education at the Australian National University, with a Bachelor of Applied Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Having gained experience in public, private and community settings, Melissa has a strong ability to engage and communicate with a variety of clients presenting with a range of issues. Melissa has extensive experience working with young adults, and is also competent in working with older adults and couples. Her specific areas of interest include working with those who are experiencing mild, moderate or severe anxiety, relationship issues, stress, loss and grief, and sexual orientation concerns.
Melissa works collaboratively with her clients enabling them to achieve a sense of ownership over their recovery. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and sensitive and consists of an integrated and holistic approach to treatment plans. Therapy is guided by the clients needs and set at the clients own pace, ensuring the best possible outcome for each individual. Melissa predominantly uses Cognitive-Behavioural and Solution-Focused approaches in her treatment while also being adept in longer-term therapy if it is required by the client.
Melissa is a registered health care provider with Health Insurance Agencies, Work cover and the TAC. With a G.P referral, part payment for Melissa’s sessions is rebatable through Medicare.
